I just love incorporating perspex into my jewelery... I love the idea of using clear perspex with designer paper behind it. I started playing about with this concept while finishing my studies, at Port Elizabeth College, I was doing my N6 in jewelery manufacture & design. I just have a thing for paper :) and often visit my local scrap book designer paper store... "The Scrapbook nook" in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, I use their paper for my photographs.. aswell as for my packaging.
I just love the paper I found for these rings, and think there is something so simple... yet feminine and pretty about them. Perhaps it is the pattern of the paper?
